Interference observatory
What did one day's position reports look like?
The observatory writes a few files for each UTC day and region: the grid cells with one of three states, an incident list and a manifest. Open the files you have produced here and read them. The page computes nothing and shows only what the files say. It ships no observatory data, fetches nothing, and uploads nothing.
Advisory software. Kshana is not type-approved navigation equipment (IEC 61108, IEC 61162) and has not been assessed against any performance standard. A degraded cell means a high share of the aircraft sampled there reported low navigation accuracy that day. No cause is attributed: low accuracy has many causes, and this page names none and no actor. Not observed is not clear. It is not a live view, a warning or a confirmation of anything, and it is not an approval, certification or statement of conformance.

What this page does and does not show
- Products are released at least 24 hours after the end of the UTC day, on cells of 0.5 degrees or coarser. This is never a live view and it never says “now”.
- It shows no cause, no country, no force and no source of interference, no alert, no comparison between places or days, and no AIS. ADS-B and AIS are never combined.
- Every figure is MODELLED: there is no ground truth and no external oracle. The method note is
docs/observatory/METHOD.mdin the repository. - The page ships none of the observatory's products. Publishing them is the owner's decision.
